Server Rules
Short, fair,
and for everyone
Rules exist so the server stays worth playing on. There aren't many, and staff are bound by every one of them.
Rules exist so the server stays worth playing on. There aren't many, and they are enforced the same way for everyone — including staff.
Placeholder notice: this is the starter ruleset. The admin team should edit this file (
src/content/rules.mdx) before launch — the site renders whatever is written here.
The short version
Don't be the reason someone quits the game.
General conduct
- No harassment, slurs, or hate speech — in chat, tribe names, character names, or sign spam. This is the one instant-ban rule.
- Keep global chat readable. Beef belongs in tribe chat or the arena.
- No advertising other servers or clusters.
Fair play
- No cheating, exploiting, meshing, duping, or third-party tools that touch the game. Evidence-based reports get action; witch hunts don't.
- One account per player. Alt accounts used to dodge limits or bans are treated as the same player.
- Intentionally crashing or lagging a server (lag machines, cap abuse) is a ban, not a warning.
Building & land
- Don't block obelisks, major cave entrances, resource-rich spawns, or transmitters others need.
- Pillar/foundation spam to claim land you aren't using gets demolished without notice.
- Abandoned structures decay per server settings; admins may sweep obvious wreckage early to keep maps healthy.
Reporting & appeals
- Report issues through Discord with screenshots, coordinates, and times.
- Every ban can be appealed once, in writing, in the Discord appeals channel. Appeals are read by a human, not decided in public.
